Nytilia Young is the founder and president of Young & Associates. With over ten years of experience, she has had unique experience as a registered nurse. She has worked in Telemetry, Oncology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, and Administration. Nytilia Young is a distinguished healthcare expert, boasting a profound background in operations management, business development, service delivery, and establishing collaborative partnerships. With her vision firmly rooted in organizational success, Nytilia has effectively led strategic initiatives across various healthcare settings, consistently aligning operations with the Company's long-term strategy. Nytilia's academic foundation includes a Master's in Health Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University. Her professional certifications, including Nurse Executive Board Certification and a BLS from the American Heart Association, Being a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant  is an additional reflection of her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
